As part of implementing PED-6303, the systemd presets for libvirt need
to be changed. The monolithic libvirtd should no longer be enabled.
Instead, the services of the main hypervisor drivers should be enabled,
as well as the sockets of the various secondary drivers.

- Enable the various libvirt modular daemons (jsc#PED-6303)
