- Run tests using multibuild instead of running them in a separate subpackage. This greatly simplifies the spec file and makes updating the package much easier. - Drop doc subpackage due to rapid changes in readthedocs download urls. This was only around to let the tests be run in a separate subpackage to avoid dependency loops.
