- Remove version requirement on GLIBC. That was an error.
- Updated the fixes for kernel 4.16.
- Add file "fixes_for_4.16.patch" to handle API changes in kernel 4.16.
- File "fixes_for_4.15.patch" removed - fixed upstream.
