- Update to binutils-2_22-branch head.
  * Adds support for LDPT_GET_SYMBOLS_V2.
  * Drop patches that have been applied upstream.

- Fix --gc-sections failure with symbol versioning [bso#13195]

- Update to binutils-2_22-branch head.
  * Drop patches that have been applied upstream.
  * Drop patches that no longer apply.

- use -gnueabi extension to switch to new abi for arm

- Add support for arm-*-gnueabihf targets (PR ld/12643)

- Make --no-copy-dt-needed-entries the default for ld.
