Simple software installation management software
PackageKit is a system designed to make installing and updating
software on your computer easier. The primary design goal is to unify
all the software graphical tools used in different distributions, and
use some of the latest technology like PolicyKit to make the process

- Apply all patches unconditonally: PackageKit-zypp-c++17.patch is merged in upstream git and thus does not justify to be conditionally applied. - Switching back to autosetup, as this works without conditional patches. - Rewrite prep phase to not use autopatch -M: SLE15/Leap15's RPM version does not support that syntax yet.
