This update provides the latest timezone information (2015e) for your
system, including the following changes:

- Morocco will suspend DST from 2015-06-14 03:00 through 2015-07-19 02:00,
  not 06-13 and 07-18.
- Assume Cayman Islands will observe DST starting next year, using US rules.
- Fix post-install script to overwrite the temporary file when attempting
  to create /etc/localtime as a hard link. (bsc#928841)

This release also includes changes affecting past time stamps and documentation.
