- Update to version 1.1.6
  * Update configure.ac bug URL for gitlab migration
  * Fix spelling/wording issues
  * gitlab CI: add a basic build test
  * Variable scope reduction as recommended by cppcheck
  * Mark two dpy parameters const as suggested by cppcheck
  * XDamageCloseDisplay: Mark codes as unused
  * Remove unnecessary casts from malloc() and free() calls
  * Handle -Wconversion warnings from clang
  * Handle -Wshorten-64-to-32 warnings from clang

  * autogen: add default patch prefix
  * autogen.sh: Implement GNOME Build API

  + This minor maintenance release cleans up the build configuration scripts,
