Subject: [PATCH] Dynamically detect libdir on Linux

Some Linux distributions (e.g. Fedora, CentOS) put 64-bit libraries
in `/usr/lib64` rather than `/usr/lib`. On such systems `luarocks`
should use `lib64` rather than `lib`.
