- Update to new upstream release 2.0.0
* Omnibus libss7 update. New features: Added additional cause codes,
  Transmission Medium Requirement setting and connected line to CPG
  messages.
* Large patch that improves ISUP timers and Q.764 compatibility.

- Remove redundant/unwanted tags/sections (cf. specfile guidelines)
- Enable parallel building
