- Revert DirectXShaderCompiler version.  AMDVLK fails to compile with the new
  version.  The error is the same as in this bug report:

- Switch to gcc from clang.
  * At the moment in OpenSUSE:Factory clang depends on clang17 and that depends
    on clang 17.0.1 but only 17.0.2 is available.  GCC works just as fine and is
    likely to be a more reliable compiler.
