- Update to 8.6.5
- Add support for riscv64
- allow-riscv-and-riscv64-CPU.patch: recognize riscv64 as architecture
- Disable-unboxed-arrays.patch: Do not use unboxed arrays on big-endian

- fix-build-using-unregisterized-v8.2.patch: remove
- add_armv6l_and_armv7l_target.patch: remove
