    routines
  * new xLAMOV routines replaces calls to xLACPY to avoid array
    argument overlap
  * modifications to BLACS to better support MPICH-based MPI
    libraries
  * new PMPIM2 and PMPCOL routines to avoid code duplication in MRRR
    routines
- package provides blacs since blacs is included in scalapack
  since version 2.0.0
- remove mpich2 stuff
