- update to 1.6.1-rc5-0.5:
  + prepared NG for future use of bool configuration parameters 
    as 'true' and 'false' (only)
  + fixed 'not substituted variables' in ngraph.ncfg after 'configure'
  + changed install-destination directories of multigrapher-sample 
    configuration to <NAGIOS_ETC>/ngraph.d
  + added an automatic check for several linux distributions
  + added automated search of init script via 'configure'
  + moved perl modules to <NAGIOS_CONTRIB_DIR>/perl 
    (default: /usr/local/nagios/contrib/perl)
  + added more Hooks
  + added some grapher templates
  + added some layout checks for emtpy destination directories to configure.ac
- use nagios-rpm-macros package, so we benefit from location changes
  automatically
- rework specfile using spec-cleaner
- add 'reload' option to init script
- added perl modules to buildrequires, so 'make testdeps' works
- create the Layout inside the spec file instead of using a patch
