From the release notes, there is a page for every release (right side menu -> "previous releases").
The download link there uses the "_0" and works: https://acpica.org/node/201
I reported this upstream, with Ferdinand in CC.
Thanks a lot for the patch!
I'd like to wait some days for an answer, if they fix the issue, the submitted URL ("tar_0.gz") might vanish and thinks break in our build service. Otherwise or better say, as soon as clarified, I'd like to submit this, ideally without _0.
@jmoellers, @trenn: review reminder
Sigh, they really messed up the download URL utterly: https://acpica.org/sites/acpica/files/acpica-unix-20221020.tar_0.gz
Also the official download link here: https://acpica.org/downloads
Does not work anymore. How did you find out about the "_0" in the URL? Guess someone should report this.

Just for the records, this is the even older request, stating the bad URL on Nov 8, 2022: https://github.com/acpica/acpica/issues/810
