qwt6-devel was changed to exist as qwt6-qt5-devel and qwt6-qt6-devel; so either the distro has qwt6-devel (non-split, only qt5 available) or the distro has the two variants available, in which case we pick the right option
so the BR claims : give me either qwt6-devel (old name) or qwt6-qt5-devel (new name)
Can you please explain what that change does and why? I see no difference in the succesfull built package count.
