List RPMLint exclusions file in spec file.

Factory's auto-maintainer declined the package for the following reason:
> Attention, "gasket-driver-rpmlintrc" is not mentioned in spec files
> as source or patch.

Therefore it has been specified as a "Source" in the spec file.
