- Change preprocessor dependencies from Requires to Recommends. It's disabled by
default and they are not necessary for less.

Some background, we are enabling a tool to build initrds out of distribution packages. less is the nice-to-have pager for systemd, but these 2 hard requirements are also adding which and file (so also file-magic and libmagic1), all of which are unnecessary in the initrd.

Let's go with it. Recommends defaults to install in YaST, so only users that explicitly don't want it will experience a change.
