Hey, I updated youtube-dl to the most recent version and cleaned the spec-files in the process.
Update:
* changed tabs to spaces in changelog
* manually restored http>s< urls

- the https to http degrading happens because of the format_spec_file-OBS- serivce you have set up on the project, I didn't touch that line at all (manually fixed it now)
- tabs/spaces in the changelog: my bad, I will fix this assap (fixed now)
- the curly braces ARE the current standard, don't complain to me about those
- I also changed the packaging of the bash/zsh/fish completion, because they were plain wrong for openSUSE(!) before
- I updated the man pages installation to current standard
- I removed the unnecessary perl call
I would also like to bring these changes to Factory, since the version there is even older.
