What is wrong with %doc attributes of manual and info pages?
As with %_docdir, the tag %doc need not be used together with %_infodir in the %files section. It is done automatically for this directory.
(the same for _mandir)
(from https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_Conventions_RPM_Macros, and I have personally nothing against them, I have just run spec-cleaner over the SPEC file).
