According to this change, the rpm dependence will become more fine-grained. Here, ocfs2-tools/lvm2-lockd also uses the so files which are provided by libdlm3, For these two rpms, we need not add a requre for libdlm3, right? (since the symbol depenence)

The second question, if libdlm3 is asked to upgrade to v4.0.N-x.y, libdlm package will be upgraded automatically too?
