This is a noop - power-profiles-daemon is not enabled by default.
If some other service starts it somehow, it needs to be added as a dependency there instead.

It's dbus activated by various systems, so in this case not a NO (and on GNOME it's already pulled in for example by recommends by g-c-c). Recommending it on the laptop pattern for those users to control it (using powerprofilesctl) is a welcome change

@dimstar Then it needs to be recommended by whatever dbus activates it. Nothing in this pattern uses it, so this is the kind of bloat in the that many complain about.
