It's been more than three weeks now. https://build.opensuse.org/staging_workflows/openSUSE:Factory/staging_projects/openSUSE:Factory:Staging:adi:46 specifically sr#986718 and sr#987250 are desperately waiting for this.

%if 0%{suse_version} < 1550? What’s wrong with SLE-15-SP4 (or Leap 15.4)?no coinstallable python flavors here. Just one python3
