The problem this patch solves is as follows: the new graphviz
package (which is not yet in Factory, but is supposed to be
merged in the near future) will no longer provide the old
libgraph API, but only the new libcgraph API.

The libgda 5.2.1 upstream release contains a configure check
to detect which of the two APIs is supported.  Unfortunately,
this configure check always fails since it just includes <gvc.h>
without actually setting up the include path needed for graphviz.

This means the test always returns that the old API should be
used.  This does in fact work correctly in current Factory,
but will break once the new graphviz package is merged.

This patch fixes the configure test to use the correct includes,
so that should now actually correctly detect the graphviz API
level supported by the system.

Note that we also need to add BuildRequires: yelp-tools,
since applying the configure.ac patch triggers an autoreconf,
which will generate an incorrect configure file if the yelp.m4
file is not available on the system.
