Library to communicate with JSON-RPC based peers

This is a library to communicate with JSON-RPC based peers in
either a synchronous or an asynchronous fashion. It also allows
communicating using the GVariant serialization format instead
of JSON when both peers support it.

- Rename typelib-1_0-Jsonrpc-1.0 to typelib-1_0-Jsonrpc-1_0: adhere to packaging guideline for typelib libraries. Obsolete the old name (no need to Provide, as packages are supposed to Require typelib(Jsonrpc-1.0). This symbol remains unchanged.
