Meson is a build system designed to optimise programmer productivity.
It aims to do this by providing support for software development tools and practices, such as unit tests, coverage reports, Valgrind, CCache and the like.
Supported languages include C, C++, Fortran, Java, Rust.
Build definitions are written in a non-turing complete Domain Specific Language.

- Update to version 0.64.1:
  + Target python 3.10 as the mypy language version.
  + hotdoc module: use less confusing names.
  + Fix deprecation message, the function name is fs.copyfile().
  + fix deprecated use of meson builddir/ in testsuite.
  + tests: fix edge case where non-default python is used, by
    skipping it.
