- Use `filter` option in cargo vendoring. - Use zstd compression for source tar and vendored tar. - `filter` + zstd results in better compression and storage savings.

Can you update this to 0.2.9? Some crucial features are missing(namely clicking on links in terminal) in 0.2.1
