Performance Application Programming Interface

PAPI aims to provide the tool designer and application engineer with a
consistent interface and methodology for use of the performance counter
hardware found in most major microprocessors. PAPI enables software
engineers to see, in near real time, the relation between software
performance and processor events.

- Delete patch: papi-codecleanup.patch Patch has been present since first checkin but there is no indication as to it's purpose, no bug reference and it is not needed for successful test run. - Refresh patch: papi-fix-ldflags.patch Add proper patch description. Contents pushed upstream. - Update to 5.7.0 (jsc#SLE-8562)
