GNU COBOL
GNU Cobol (formerly OpenCOBOL) is a free COBOL compiler. cobc translates COBOL to executable using intermediate C sources, providing full access to nearly all C libraries.

- Update to version 3.2 (see NEWS or ChangeLog for details) - Drop fix_test_698.patch (no longer needed) - Add gnucobol-3.2-C99.diff to fix a missing include (to allow build with GCC 14)
