- add sl13.1.conf (openSUSE:Factory prjconf of 2013-03-29) - have ncurses-devel-32bit require ncurses-devel and not ncurses-32bit - do not put .socket files into the 32bit packages - unbreak kvm for x86_64

This error is showing up in all stagings. Perhaps a maintainer can add a conflict to the packages. For lack of that I'll whitelist to avoid blocking staging.
