  * ZWO: use libASICamera2.a from latest ZWO SDK (V1.14.1108) -
    SDK bundle was updated on ZWO web site but same rev.
  * ZWO cameras: update to SDK version V1.14.1108.
  * Fix unlikely crash if imaging app tells phd2 to start guiding
    just as user closes app.
  * ZWO: update to SDK version V1.14.0715.
  * Workaround for imaging apps which fail to un-pause
    PHD2: stop button clears the paused state, Fixes
    (gh#OpenPHDGuiding/phd2#804).
  * Translation updates.
