File mkelfImage-2.5.spec of Package mkelfImage
# # spec file for package mkelfImage (Version 2.5) # # Copyright (c) 2005 SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Nuernberg, Germany. # This file and all modifications and additions to the pristine # package are under the same license as the package itself. # # Please submit bugfixes or comments via http://www.suse.de/feedback/ # # norootforbuild Name: mkelfImage Summary: Utility to Create ELF Boot Images from Linux Kernel Images Version: 2.5 Release: 61 License: GPL Group: Development/Tools/Building Source0: %{name}-%{version}.tar.gz Patch: %{name}-%{version}.dif Patch1: %{name}-optflags.patch BuildRoot: %{_tmppath}/%{name}-%{version}-build %description mkelfImage is a program that makes an ELF boot image for Linux kernel images. The image should work with any i386 multiboot compliant boot loader, an ELF boot loader that passes no options, and is compliant with the LinuxBIOS ELF booting spec or with the Linux kexec kernel patch. A key feature here is that nothing relies upon BIOS calls, but they are made when necessary. This is useful for systems running LinuxBIOS.
