- Add PolicyKit-gnome-fix-clickable-buttons.patch to fix buttons
  not working when they require a PolicyKit authorization. Fix
  bnc#525305.
- Remove AutoReqProv: it's default now.
- Remove autoreconf call.
- Add --disable-static to configure call.
