  New patch file: blocxx-1.0.0-gcc43.dif
- Added blocxx-1.0.0 fix adding BLOCXX_VERSION_NUMBER with
  a numeric blocxx version to avoid conflict with VERSION.
  New patch file: blocxx-1.0.0-version.dif
