- Update to version 0.26.0:
  + Bugs fixed: bgo#568471, bgo#411743
  + Updated translations.
- Remove unneeded BuildRequires: gconf2, gnome-common,
  gnutls-devel, libwnck-devel, libxslt-devel, perl-XML-Parser
- Do not call autoreconf
- Do not pass --with-plugins to configure since configure will do
  the right thing for us. This way, we will have new plugins
  automatically.
- Explicitly exclude jbo translation since it's not supported right
  now. See bnc#485455.
