- Upgrade to 2.0.19:
  * Move from 1.x release line to the 2.x one.

  * Generate the ant build system from the maven one and customize
    it

    + Fix build of javadoc against bouncycastle API >= 1.4.7
  * pdfbox-1.8.12-sourcetarget.patch
    + Make java source and target level ant properties
    + Leave the default 1.5
- Specify java source and target level 1.6 in order to allow
  building with jdk9
