- update to 5.1.4
  * Cache dict files
  * Add fmt to dependency
- add fcitx5-anthy-leap15.5.patch
  * lower the version requirement for Fcitx5Core, the
    newer version introduced isAndroid() and isApple()
    functions, which is not useful for Linux at all
