- Downgrade json to 1.8.1 cause this is the one used for ruby2.1

- Downgrade rails to 4.2.2 because 4.2.2 is the version in SLE-12
  which already contains the patches which were the reason to upgrade
  to 4.2.6. Otherwise, we will conflict with other suse products.

- Added a patch that fixes github issue #936

This issue was discovered by QA and a commit has been merged in both the
`master` and `v2.0` branch. We are waiting for more commits before doing any
other release, so until then we are providing this patch.
