File 0019-btrfs-progs-convert-Introduce-init_btrfs_v2-function.patch of Package btrfsprogs
From: Qu Wenruo <quwenruo@cn.fujitsu.com> Date: Fri, 29 Jan 2016 13:03:28 +0800 Subject: btrfs-progs: convert: Introduce init_btrfs_v2 function. Git-commit: 931e97c0949b4145bb51fffb1036b777cbb4c4ca Patch-mainline: v4.6 References: bsc#1042369 Introduce new init_btrfs_v2() function for later newer do_convert(). Since we have good enough chunk allocation, a lot of wired chunk hack won't ever be used. We only need to insert data chunks and create needed subvolume.
