- Allow md5 in FIPS mode (bsc#995723)
  * add libqca2-allow_md5_in_fips_mode.patch
- Remove a libqca2-plugin-botan and libqca2-plugin-nss from baselibs.conf
  to pass source_validator (the corresponding packages aren't built)
