- Update to OFED 3.12 final.

- Update to 1.0.2 from ofed 3.12 rc1, no ChangeLog in tarball.
- Modify preun and postun scripts according to rpmlint.
- Test /etc/os-release to determine the linux distribution installed
  and don't touch init level 4 if it's opensuse or sles.
- Fix the test for openSUSE/SLES and don't touch init level 4 if
  positive: srptools-no_init_level_4.patch.
- Add srptools-remote_fs_dependency.patch to add a dependency to
  Required-Start/Stop in init script.
