Low: fencing: fix typos in messages
    
    Change "never need to use invoked" to "never be invoked", remove references to
    RHCS and cluster.conf (only valid with CMAN), and add missing $extra_args in
    "Performing" messages.
    
    Also, update vendor URL in meta-data.
