- Change pkgconfig(openssl) BuildRequires to gnutls-devel as this
  seems to be preferred.
- Add curl-devel, libexpat-devel, libgsm-devel, speex-devel and
  pkgconfig(libxml-2.0) BuildRequires, to enable optional features.
