  - Fixed OverflowError with ProcessPoolExecutor on Windows (regression introduced in 3.0.4)
  - Fixed inability to forcibly terminate the process if there are pending workers
  - Fixed AttributeErrors on exit on Python 2.x
  - remove upstreamed fix-testsuite.patch
