Subject: qemu-io tests: comment out problematic block io tests issues

The following issues are seen:
153 - error resulting from failed to get "write" lock
162 - sometimes we see different error code / message
229 - we get periodic failures on ARM and POWER, not sure why
235 - test explicitly requires KVM as part of the test
