- Use libfdt build dependency not just for ppc.
  QEMU 1.6 needs it for ppc, arm and microblaze guests and uses a
  bundled copy if one of those targets is built and the system does
  not have a compatible libfdt.

  so it's possible to use the IA64 baselibs-x86 packages
