- Build libstdc++48-doc package from the libgcj48 build and build
  the libstdc++ API reference, build-requiring doxygen and graphviz.
  Add patch gcc48-libstdc++-api-reference.patch to refer to that
  instead of the online version.  [bnc#871501]
