  ghc-bootstrap binary archives with glibc 2.26.x to ensure
  compatibility with SLE-15-SP1:
  * ghc-8.4.3-aarch64-unknown-linux.tar.xz [bsc#1124940]
  * ghc-8.4.3-s390x-ibm-linux.tar.xz [bsc#1130868]
