- Update to version 0.2.3:
  * pam/Makefile: rename LIBDIR to PAMLIBDIR
  * top-level Makefile: fail if a subdir make fails
  * First cut of pam_container module
  * libconsole-pic: create a variant of libconsole that can be linked into a pam module
  * savelog: Fix printf format on platforms where dev_t is an unsigned long long
  * Fix printf formats on platforms where size_t is just an unsigned int
