- Remove operaprefs_fixed.ini as it's no longer possible to
  configure Opera preferences globally like that.
- Remove i586 support as upstream did.
- Don't provide browser(npapi): Opera does not support NPAPI.
- Remove opera-gtk, and opera-kde4 as Opera now uses only Aura
  which is not detachable.
- Do not enable sandboxing by default as it requires SUID to root.
- Recommend PepperFlash and ffmpeg packages as they extend
  multimedia functionality (Flash and H.264/MP3 support).
