  * removed cssc-unit_tests-fix-void-return.patch
  * removed cssc-yes-dont-ignore-SIGPIPE.patch

- Replaced keyring with original from savannah.gnu.org

  (obsolete, references non-existing list), and BUGS (obsolete)
